Camp More

I've got to tell you that I am seriously loving the camper and going to the campground each weekend. There's a few more things I need to make sure I bring with me next time I go..... not having an extra blanket was a giant suck pill this past weekend. Gary fell asleep on the couch, so I covered him with our banket, thinking the flannel sheet would be enough for me to keep warm. WRONG. Note to self: extra blanket!

Another item to have is my shampoo and conditioner. Oh dear God - the hairdo I had to suffer through this past weekend was unbearable. I had forgotten to bring my stuff and resorted to using plain shampoo (big mistake) with no conditioner (HUGE mistake). I have my hair highlighted and any of you who know what that is like can agree with me when I say, without conditioner, it's near impossible to rake a comb through wet highlighted hair. After about 2 hours of trying, I finally was able to let it air dry (didn't have a hair dryer either) and proceeded to spend the remainder of the weekend with the worst dried out hair ever. I decided on Sunday that I would spend the day with bed head and wait until I arrived home to take care of it. Note to self: bring good hair products.

Bring more Sudoku books. I admit it. I'm addicted to the craze of Sudoku. I love to keep challenging myself to do the harder ones. I actually caught Gary secretly trying to do one this morning and I can't wait for Hannah to catch on. All I need is a good Sudoku book and a pencil and I'm set for hours. Note to self: More Sudoku books.

Did you know that the average human sneaker could hold about 1 cup of sand in its treads? No? Neither did I until we started camping. The reason I know this is because Gary has 2 feet and 2 sneakers and I sweep 2 cups of sand a day. Amazing isn't it?

LOL, you paint a hilarious but fun picture and i LOVE your calculations for sand capacity of sneaker treads!
