Hayley came over today with Hannah on the bus. Phew! Two kids (and tired to boot!) are exhausting. They both ate great suppers and were practically falling asleep in the car on the way to Hayley's.
Mom went up to Portland with her quilting group yesterday and they had a good time. The weather has been fabulous and we might as well enjoy it while we can!
Sue said the Fly-In was this past weekend and the turn-out was very good. I can't believe this was the 31st Annual one. Makes me feel old since I can remember the 1st one!
The trees are starting to turn a little and there is a fall nip to the air already. Mom worked on pulling the garden stuff out today. We are still getting some beans so she left those. We've gotten alot of tomatoes this summer and they have been very good. Mrs. Rhames has had some wonderful corn this summer. Time to buy some mums and put a few pumpkins out.
