Race for the Cure

My sister, Sue and her girls, Ariel and Martha participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure this past weekend. They walked in honor of my mom and Ariel's fiance's grandmother, who are both survivors of breast cancer.

Imagine the day when celebrating another year won't seem so miraculous.

Ariel's wedding is in 10 days and all the arrangements are complete. Hannah's dress is having the final alterations done now and will be ready later this week. She's got her gold shoes and tiara all ready to wear. I know it's going to be a beautiful wedding. Ariel was 15 months old at my wedding and screamed her head off through the entire ceremony. I'm hoping she can hold it together better at her own!

The pig roast is this weekend at camp. Even though we are supposed to have a few inches of rain... the show must go on. I'll be sure to share pictures!

The walk was a lot of fun! I'm getting excited for the wedding too. Hopefully Hannah's alterations are going better than mine. I'll either need to grow ginormous boobs in ten days or find a reallllly padded bra. :) See you soooon!! YAY!
