The shortest fuse ever

That's what I'm experiencing right now. Can you believe we received our renewal for our auto insurance and the price had gone up $550? No, that wasn't a typo. I flipped out.....how could this happen? Of course I got the binder on Saturday and had to stew and fume about it all weekend before I could call them on Monday, only to find out the reason was the leadfoot I am married to and the 2 speeding tickets he's gotten in the last 2 years. Not only was each ticket $300, now we have to pay $550 more per year for insurance. grrrrrrrr

On a happier note, please feel free to play the Trivia Contest I've put on the sidebar. There are new questions everyday and it will be fun to see who is the most knowledgeable (points to self).

Now I am off to shovel MORE snow as the Old Man Winter laughed at us again last night.

$550 - holy crap! I'm a speeder too, but for some reason my tickets (6?) have been spaced out enough to not affect our insurance.

I'm in the southeast, so no snow here. Lots of rain though, does that count?
